Very nice

Very nice interface and play

Too easy to run cards

Its way too easy to run the cards on the computer. Ok for wasting time but not much challenge. I do like the speed of play! 1000 points for how the game moves along.

Lame

Someone shoots the moon almost every hand even on hardest skill level.

Hearts

This game is poorly done and a waste of time. You find that you are yelling at game because of how simple it is. The computer always allows or shoot for moon. It seems like all hands are played the same. DONT DOWNLOAD. Big mistake

I like this game, but I wish it wouldnt automatically play cards toward the end of a game. I got points I wouldnt have if I had played all cards myself till the end. This has happened in 3 or 4 games!

No Jack of Diamonds option

Enough said. If you like that, its not here. Im deleting the app.

Hearts

This is not a very good test of Hearts. The programmer should watch some experienced players to see how the game is really played. As an example, spades are rarely led. Also, there is a run attempt nearly every hand. Low cards are the usual pass, which signals the run mentality of this game. Against the best level, I win 75 percent of the time. The game I just played, hearts were led on the third lead. The queen had not been played nor were hearts broken. Subsequent leads from that player showed that he did not have all the remaining hearts and the lead should not have been allowed. The designers of this game do not understand the game.

Heart

When I updated my heart game it quit give me my record. Can you put it back thanks.5 stars

Nice upgrade...not longer super easy

My biggest issue with this game was that the "other" players didnt play well and made silly moves. For example, if "North" was shooting the Moon, the other players never held back a high heart to disrupt the game. Now, you can counting a player making it difficult to shoot the moon. Also, making the Jack of diamonds worth -10 points adds a bit of gamesmanship to the play. Well done.

Hearts

A fun game to play. However, from time to time, Id doesnt follow suit (renege). This is disheartening when youre playing your best and you get cheated. I also notice that the hand that played the highest card doesnt always gets the points. Fix these two ills and youd have a very good game to play.

Scoring

A good app. A suggestion: change the scoring to give some credit for second place, maybe a minus score for last place. Would keep interest in the game until the hand is over

I love tis version. Its fast pace clear and concise. Very good for relaxing your mind.

Mediocre

Mediocre. App players dont block each other from shooting the moon when it is obvious that is what is going on. Frustrating to play with automated other players that are incompetent.

Lacks defensive play

This game is close to being a good game... But it misses the mark on two important issues. The AI players need to pass defensively. Almost always, they are passing cards that will allow anyone with a semi strong hand to make a serious attempt at shooting the moon. They need to pass a medium to small heart to minimize these attempts. The second area of weakness is the inability of the AI players to recognize and defend against an attempt to shoot the moon. A human player will rarely break hearts with the ace. These guys do it all the time. A good player will hold back a "stopper" when hearts have not been split. These guys will cheerfully dump their K of hearts when another player leads the ace, then dump their J on the next Q lead. And follow this all the way down until the sweeping player wins! At the most absurd level, I have seen East and West as at the end of a hand as the only two holding hearts ... And East managed to shoot the moon with AQJ9754! Because west played his highest card on each of Easts leads. Of course, this ducking strategy has its place, but it seems to be the only one they employ, especially when it is another AI player that is trying to sweep the deck. I suggest you review your decision making algorithm to try and mimic better play. Currently it appears that the AI values taking second place. There have been numerous instances where the AI player in second cooperates with the leader to push somebody over the top! In effect, they are insuring they lose... But come in second place. In HEARTS, second place is nothing more than first loser. It makes no sense for a player to help another one win so they can claim "second."

Not so great

I have critiqued this version before, when they asked for comments, and apparently, they have been not monitoring the comments (maybe a year ago?). Now that Ive paid for the "paid version", this is very annoying. When you trade 3 cards, you get almost the same cards in return. The worst twist is that when one of the three players against me doesnt recognize a "run" ( and if you dont know what I mean, you need a new algorithm), I, and the other two players lose. Convince me that Im wrong. Try your own game. Totally unhappy and publishing it on the web. Sorry, but I gave you feedback last year.

Hearts

This version of hearts is frustrating. After 2 rounds of play you can tell the winner. The only way to stop the other 3 players is to have the stopper in your hand. The opposite 3 players immediately play all their high hearts.

Inconsistent

Not only do the other players not block an obvious attempt to "shoot the moon" they do attempt to block me shooting the moon.

Hearts

Worst game ever! Shuffling of the cards is all screwed up. In a game of 100 points, you may play on average 4 games. In 3 of these games, one of the hands has all the hearts and gets all the points. This means that the other players get the 26 points. If this occurred every once in a while, it would be ok, but it happens in the majority of the games. This needs to be looked at. I have sent several emails notifying them to check this out but they dont. PLEASE FIND ANOTHER GAME TO PLAY Why cant players win or lose on their own. Now after the first round you can tell which hand is going to win and no matter how you play, that one player will always win. It seems like you now have to wait for your turn because there is no ability to win using skill, only time you or another hand wins is if it is their turn. Please correct this.

Great for beginners

Im a beginner at this so wont be able to comment if program is good player or not. What I like is the simple clean no nonsense format where you are not distracted by excessive graphics nonessential to the game. Yes, there are ads but they are placed at the top of the screen and dont interfere with your gameplay unlike some of the other games where you have to be careful not to accidentally tap on them. Thank you for that. You can display all the other players cards and study what you thought you might play and the assumptions you made which were wrong or right. Lots of options in the setting to choose from. Nicely laid out menus. Thank you.

Wish

Once the "autoplay after all hearts played" option has been chosen, it should remain active until it is manually reversed.
